Their award-winning invention, the cooling and ageing system for bread on carts, has improved how bread is handled during production. The system enables the automated manipulation of trays with bread, seamlessly transferring them from the initial stage of the production line to specially designed carts. The carts are then placed in a refrigerated area for several hours, allowing the bread to cool and age to perfection. Finally, the system effortlessly moves the bread from the carts to the second part of the production line.

What sets this innovation apart is its focus on cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency. The new system significantly reduces the expenses associated with bread ageing while conserving energy resources. Moreover, it streamlines the workflow for bakery workers, making their tasks more efficient and convenient.
