Conical dough rounder SABOTIN 3.3

The conical rounder SABOTIN 3.3 is designed for intermediate and final moulding (rounding) of wheat and rye-wheat dough (max content of rye 60%).

The machine's excellent version ensures that moulded dough pieces obtain an ideal round shape and perfectly smooth surface, providing for an optimal intermediate proofing and loaf moulding.

Its sturdy construction and numerous available versions make it suitable for medium and large industrial bakeries with automatic bread production plants.

Three versions of the machine are available depending on the spirals' adjustment mode: SABOTIN 3.3 RS (manual spirals adjustment per segments), SABOTIN 3.3 RC (central manual spirals adjustment) and SABOTIN 3.3 MC (central motordriven spirals adjustment).

Options for all versions


  • Cone with grooves or without grooves. The cone without grooves is suitable for soft dough.
  • Extra Teflon of cone. Upon the buyer's request we have also supplied the Teflon made by the manufacturer GE.KA.CE.
  • Inlet conveyor. Possible version with a blue belt or felt.
  • Inlet conveyor with directing reel. It is needed in case when dough enters on the inlet conveyor perpendicularly.
  • Outlet conveyor. Possible version with a blue belt or felt.
  • Outlet moulding conveyor with a flour dredger. It is needed in final moulding, where a precise position of the dough piece is required.
  • Ejecting cone driven by the cone or its own drive. It is obligatory in installation of the moulding conveyor.
  • Hot air blowing device. Hot air blowing in on the cone aimed at lesser dough sticking.
  • Flour dredger driven through the cone. The dredger without its own drive, possible regulation of the dredging intensity.
  • Flour dredger with adjustable dredging intensity and dredging process stopping when there is no dough.
  • Oil spraying device with a motor pump. Cone oiling with four spraying nozzles. Each nozzle may be separately switched on or off.
  • Oil spraying device with a pneumatic pump. The same as above, only the pump is pneumatic.
  • Water spraying device. Cone moistening with four spraying nozzles. Each nozzle may be separately switched on and off.
